GSCORA is responsible for
The control plane (access, permissions, budgets, cost allocation, audit), the API gateway, and Japanese-language support.
Model providers are responsible for
Each model's inference quality, availability, and data handling (region, retention, training use follow each model's policy).
You are responsible for
The legality of your prompts and input data, use of generated output, and your internal operating policies.
