Content Studio Terms

1. Scope

These Terms govern the use of GSCORA Content Studio (the "Service") provided by GSCORA Inc. ("we").

2. Accounts

You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.

3. Uploaded content

You may upload only content you own or are licensed to use.

4. Generated content

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated output. You are responsible for reviewing output before use.

5. Intellectual property

IP in the Service belongs to us or the respective rights holders. You retain rights to your input; ownership of output follows the applicable agreement.

6. Prohibited content

Unlawful acts, infringement of third-party rights, and harmful or illegal content are prohibited.

7. Model providers

The Service may use multiple model providers. See the AI Data Policy for per-model data terms.

8. Storage & deletion

Retention and deletion of uploads, outputs, and project data follow the AI Data Policy and these Terms.

9. Fees, credits & subscriptions

Where paid plans exist, fees, payment methods, and validity are stated individually.

10. Cancellation & refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are set in the applicable plan or agreement.

11. Service limits & changes

We may change or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.

12. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by Japanese law, with exclusive jurisdiction in the Tokyo District Court.
