API Platform Private Beta Terms

1. Beta nature
GSCORA API Platform (the "Service") is currently provided as a Private Beta for Design Partners only. General availability has not started.
2. Feature changes
During the Private Beta, features may change, be added, or be discontinued without notice.
3. No formal SLA
No formal SLA is provided during the Private Beta.
4. Design Partner scope
The features you can use and the validation scope are confirmed per company. Some features are still in development.
5. Data handling
Data handling follows the AI Data Policy and your individual agreement.
6. Responsibility boundary
Inference quality, availability, and data handling by model providers follow each model's policy.
7. Termination & data deletion
On termination of the Private Beta, data is deleted or returned per your agreement.
8. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by Japanese law, with exclusive jurisdiction in the Tokyo District Court.
